"Clean, Pet-Friendly Hotel in Quiet part of Tampa"
I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for a wedding. I chose it specifically because of the excellent reviews, its proximity to the wedding/reception site, the fact that it is new construction, and because it is pet-friendly to large dogs and the pet fee is affordable ($50). If you have a large dog, you know how hard it is to find a great hotel that understands your pet is family, and won't charge you an arm and a leg! All of the reviews I read were correct. The hotel is in remarkable condition, the beds are comfortable, and it is nestled in a quaint part of Tampa. The split design of the bathroom is perfect for those traveling with family (like me). Even the pool was beautiful! Charles who works the front desk overnight is really nice and knowledgeable. Multiple options for breakfast to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. I would totally stay again.

When I first walked in the room I was amazed. The kitchenette was outstanding! With the full-size refrigerator and utensils it was a cinch to buy food and prep it there.. As a matter of fact I made dinner for my girlfriend both nights. My only complaint is the shower Head was too low. I am 6'2 And it reached my chin! I had to Duckdown while taking a shower nearly on my knees. Another thing is that housekeeping did not come to give me towels once because it was the weekend. Other than that everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of things to eat.. I loved making my own waffles!

For a budget hotel, this is an excellent bargain. It was the small high quality touches that made a big difference -- bedding was clean and comfortable, gourmet lollipops (delicious even if you don't normally like sweets) at the front desk, both USA Today and Wall Street Journal available in the lobby free, high end Paul Mitchell toiletries including conditioner and lotion, free boarding pass printing station, free wifi and parking, mod vases in rooms, relatively good selection of food and condiments at continental buffet breakfast, very good quality machines in small gym and festive holiday music and lobby decor. Great for families and business travelers. Would not necessarily recommend for romantic couples as the breakfast buffet closes early and public areas are few and small (i.e. not a lot of privacy). But would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was also very friendly. They have a nice fire pit outside that is very relaxing, especially with this chilly weather. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
