I stayed once for a week and once for a night. Every room is a fully equipped 1-bedroom suite, with kitchen incl full fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc etc. All dishes, cutlery. Even a dishwasher and dishwasher soap. Full size washer/dryer in a closet in room (but no soap).
BR has a very nice king bed, and TV on dresser. Large closets in BR and in entry way. LR has another TV, gas fireplace, nice seating, balcony, and a pullout bed in the couch. Both rooms have AC/Heat on a wall thermostat, phones and hardline ethernet and wireless.
Staff was excellent - even remembered me by name from my stay 6 months ago (at least my first name anyway). Very helpful for example we did not have a frying pan - the front desk had one up to us in about 15 minutes.
Some cons - fairly minor I think. Parking for cars is secure, but can be pretty tight access at times. If you have an over-height truck, there are only a dozen parking spaces up top. The pullout bed is not great. Best to put someone lightweight on that (your children?) as it has rather poor support. Wireless Internet seemed fairly slow, but is usable.
Warning - do not book room 301. It has no balcony (they tell you this) because it faces out to the restaurant outdoor party roof. Outside the bedroom window is a huge fan that runs all night - very loud. I suspect 307 would be also very bad that way.

I absolutely loved my stay there and I would definitely stay there again. I had my own sink, fridge, cooker living room and bed room. It was wonderful as I could have people round and cook for myself. The cleanliness is outstanding and the view from the window amazing. The only thing is that the lifts are slow (I mean i had read the previous reviews but i did not know that it was that slow). Otherwise if you are not in a rush, it is definitely worth staying in and the area it is located in was perfect.

Pleasantly unique hotel rooms. We booked a loft suite. Second floor master is really a cool idea. Full sized fridge, large microwave, and a two burner hotplate, although not used by us, was really nice to see. If it were just a little more affordable this would be a nice place for an extended stay.

Four middle-aged girlfriends staying for a couple nights mid-week, to relive the days of our youth at an old-school punk concert, and see the sights of Vancouver. We were travelling on the cheap and split a 2-double-bed room four ways and turned what little time we did spend in our room, into a pajama party.
The location is great, halfway between Gastown and Yaletown, and near buses/trains to go pretty much anywhere else. Staff were friendly and professional, gave us some great suggestions where to eat, and cheerfully took care of all the logistics coordinating with the airline to have our lost baggage delivered to our room. The beds are comfortable, with plenty of big fluffy pillows and nice duvets. The bathroom was tiny and nothing fancy, but the shower had decent pressure, which was nice. We got a room at the end of the hallway, right in the corner, so we weren't disturbed by other guests' comings and goings.
