Check In itself was a bit slow however doormen were very helpful upon arrival asking if we were checking in and available to assist with parking. Rooms are all quite large and spacious at this hotel. The one we got was lovely- incredible view of the city and ocean in the distance. We appreciated the "no unauthorized guests after 8" rule implemented due to it being Halloween night. This system must have worked because we slept like logs!
Pre- ordered breakfast and it was delivered hot, fresh and delicious and on time. Kitchenette was very well equipped and wonderful. Absolute Spa was amazing too!

I absolutely loved my stay there and I would definitely stay there again. I had my own sink, fridge, cooker living room and bed room. It was wonderful as I could have people round and cook for myself. The cleanliness is outstanding and the view from the window amazing. The only thing is that the lifts are slow (I mean i had read the previous reviews but i did not know that it was that slow). Otherwise if you are not in a rush, it is definitely worth staying in and the area it is located in was perfect.

A fantastic hotel for a stay in Vancouver. The location is perfect as it is on the sky train route, but all major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel's strongest feature is its staff who, without exception, aim to take care of their guests. There is no pretention, just warm and friendly hospitality. It is the extra complimentary features which also take it above the ordinary. Excellent complimentary daily breakfast, wi-fi and international calls all make you feel the quality of your stay is important. Finally, the hotel is a 1930s heritage building which has been beautifully renovated.

Things I liked about our stay was the hotel was central to everything we wanted to see and visit, the hotel is abit old but still comfortable and affordable if you book it ahead of time, all the staff were very helpful and nice ,would have been better if we had a small microwave oven.we had a beautiful view of the whole city on the 26th floor along with a balcony. All in all I would reccomend this to anyone and I would certainly stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Free wi-fi, bathrobe, iron with iron board, good quality cofee maker and microwave oven were things in our room that made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was very good in a nice setting and a very helpful hostes/waitress.
