"When we checked in I didn’t realized there was stairs, my son travels with a power chair so I asked to be moved to lower level, it was late in the evening so they couldn’t move us that night but locked up the chair for us and moved us as quick as they could in the morning. Rooms were very clean and staff was amazing "
