"Hotel near Seton Hall Univ."
Good location. Close to mall/ dining. Nice cafe and reasonably priced in main area for light meal, drinks or breakfast. Spacious hotel room. Hard to find hair dryer which was hanging in a bag in the closet. Would have been helpful if that had been posted. Intermittent problems w/ TV signal which did resolve. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

Pocket Guide: Newark West Orange 3 stars Hotels

Founded in 1857, West Orange’s Llewellyn Park is thought to be the nation’s first planned community. Its idyllic landscaping is similar to New York’s Central Park. Prolific inventor Thomas Edison lived in Llewellyn Park, and his estate is open for tours. Nearby is the Turtle Back Zoo, part of the 2,000-acre South Mountain Reservation. A 25-foot waterfall lies within the South Mountain woods.
