"Very Nice Hotel, 5 Minute Walk from Train Stations"
My wife and I loved our stay at this hotel during our recent vacation to Japan. It's economical and in a great location. A 5 minute walk from JR East's Kawasaki Station and the Keikyū Kawasaki Station. Not only that, but there's plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as restaurants, bus stops and full-fledged shopping centers. Our room was rather small, but that was expected for hotel rooms in Japan plus the low price we paid. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi in our room, excellent for accessing the Internet and keeping in touch with family back home. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; there was always at least one of them who spoke English. Excellent choice for the cost-conscious traveler to Japan. Don't worry about not being in Downtown Tokyo, you can get there within 15 minutes in one of the nearby trains.

Stayed alone in a non-smoking room and the room size was just nice and the bed was more than enough for one. Hotel provided multiple shampoo/conditioner/soap brands that were available at the lobby (so you pump out a suitable amount that you require into the small containers provided and use in your room) - but they also had the typical hotel room shampoo/conditioner/soap so don't worry. Generally enjoyed my stay because the location was fantastic (right opposite the JR Kannai Station) and there were food nearby (noodles shop, MOS burger, Macs, etc.). Didn't feel too safe at the start because we were require to return the room key to them every day when we travel out but after a while I got used t it.

Way too expensive for what it offers. I was expecting some luxury, I have stayed at hotels for half its price with way more luxe and commodities. The hotel is dirty. The elevator was extremely dirty and I thought they would clean it, but my second day there it was the same. I can't believe they don't even care about things like that. Too low for Japanese standards too.
The only good thing is that it is close to the station, not super close, but it is walkable. Places to eat around that are reasonable. Seven eleven and expensive pharmacy also nearby.

Hotel is clean, quiet, and spacious for what you pay for. Hotel staff is very polite. Limited English but able to communicate. Only a few blocks from Kawasaki train station. I stayed for 5 days and would do it again.
