Renaissance is apart from all the others by being downtown which would appear to be a disadvantage as there is no beach. However it becomes abundantly clear that the private island not only compensates for this but because of the limited access provides space and privacy unobtainable on Palm Beach. The boat ride was short and a great experience literaly transporting us to a haven of peace with Flamingos and Iguana. The seperation of families and adults both on the beach and in the Hotels made for a relaxing experience twenty four hours a day. The staff are friendlly and ever willing to please. Finally the all you can eat seafood buffet is exceptional value and quality.
All in all uparalled for a seaside vacation.
