Stayed here with husband for 4 nights from 4 November. Had a lovely room on the seventh floor with balcony overlooking the courtyard with settee and two matching chairs and low table at back as a separate sitting area. TV, coffee machine were on a unit in middle of room which also contained the mini bar. Safe in wardrobe unit. Had a loo and W/H basin, separate from the shower room which also had W/H basin. We didn't have breakfast included but on last morning decided to have this in hotel even although quite expensive. We enjoyed the treat as lots on offer and sorry we did not have room which included breakfast. Although cafes were close by suitable breakfast food was confined to croissants, pastries and sandwiches. Staff nice, meals served. Would highly recommend.

When I go away I don't do so to spend all my time in a hotel room, done enough of that with work. So the main criteria I look for are:
1 - Can I get a good night's sleep - Our room faced out on to a busy main road & right over the entrance yet we could barely hear a thing from outside.
2 - Is the shower any good - No complaints here. Almost as good as the one I have at home.
3 - Location - But for the fact we were delayed & it was dark & raining we could have easily found it on foot once off the bus (TXL) from Tegel Airport at Alexanderplatz but we opted for a taxi. Within easily walkable distance are the TV tower, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie & Spittelmarkt U-Bahn station (line 2 - useful for the Olympic Stadium). A little further afield is the Brandenberg Gate. And if you go at Christmas time then there more markets than you can possibly ever visit.
4 - Easy access in the early hours - again no problem with this after a few nights out.
And finally the obvius one - price.
I can't fault this hotel on any of these points & the staff were polite & helpful throughout our stay as well. The hotel is modern, tidy & we had free access to wifi throughout our stay both in our room & in the bar. I would quite happily stay here again.

Hotel was close to underground, about twenty minutes journey to Alexanderplatz. Hotel was clean and staff helpful, with a free safe.I would have liked a tea/coffee making facility in the room. The breakfast was 16 euros, which I thought was rather expensive. Also larger pillows would have been better.Overall I thought Berlin was well worth a visit, with plenty of world class museums and history, with some unusual twists.

We stayed only one night as we had a flight from Tegel Airport the following morning. The location to the airport was a very short taxi ride--under 10 minutes; therefore is was perfect for our needs. The service in the restaurant was a little slow, but then we weren't in any hurry anyway. The room was quite large for European standards but very nice. We noticed after arriving that there was a train stop right in front of the hotel, but we had taken a taxi from a different train stop. We should have ressearched that more in our planning stage.

The staff speaks English making it easy on English speaking guests. The hotel in clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent, but a little pricey!

Hello. We reached the hotel in Israel. We received a very large room, comfortable and cozy. The room was arranged every day and felt great to stay at the hotel. Excellent staff, some of them speak Hebrew and who share that helps with great love. Excellent hotel location (10 minutes walking from Kurfuerstendamm and there is also a bus line that comes to ZOOGALICHER)
