Lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff (though American customer service is generally excellent anyway). You can have breakfast in your room but there isn't a specific dining area for breakfast. Two nice restaurants within the hotel and that lovely Lindt shop on the corner! You're in an expensive part of town but there are ample reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance and the red line T stop is a two minute walk. We stayed twice within one holiday breaking in the middle to go to New York. When we checked back in for the second part of our stay at the Lenox there was homemade cookies and milk for us in our room as a welcome back. Lovely gesture. The Flour Bakery is nearby and excellent for breakfast. Overall a great hotel.

Very very nice hotel. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. Nice room..comfy bed..nice shower...bathrobes were comfortable...view was amazing. Overall...loved it and would stay again.
My only complaints would be the ice machine on our floor didn't work...and the noise...windows aren't very sound proof. Really wanted to throw a chair down the 20 stories to the drunk laying on his car horn at 2:30 in the morning!!!
