"Grand indeed"
We stayed in a standard inland room for a night. The view was pretty bad but this wqs expected. With the net curtain you didn't notice. The room was a great size, very comfy huge bed (even my husband who has a broken collar bone slept for the first time in weeks!). The service was impeccable from all staff. The half marathon was on on the Sunday so the concierge warned us to allow more time to get home etc. The breakfast had a great range and the pastries were to die for! Overall I thought excellent value for such a well located hotel with beautiful decor. We'll be back!

"Perfect location and attentive staff"
It was our Wedding Anniversary and was welcomed to a room upgrade on our arrival. The staff were genuinely please to greet us. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was up a beautiful staircase, no lifts but the Lady offered to put my bag in a 'luggage' lift for me. The views from the room overlooking the Beach and Pier were lovely. The room was quite small but it was warm and comfortable with Sky TV and free Wifi in your room, Tea and cafeteria coffee making facilities and bottles of water. The bathroom is a wet room with two glass doors, also a freestanding bath in the bedroom. We didn't use the bar or restaurant so unfortunately cannot comment on this. There is parking for about 4 cars outside the hotel or you use the building next door which is rented from the hotel.

"Great hotel, fantastic location"
Excellent stay at a great hotel. We stayed in a family room as it was the cheaper option with the winter discount, and it was a really big room, lots of space and large bed. Shower took a little while to heat up but nothing major. Pool was great, lovely facilities. Breakfast was superb, wide variety of food and all well sourced. The breakfast room too, was beautiful! Very happy, would come again, perhaps once the renovations are complete on some rooms.

"How a B&B should be."
We booked this at the last minute when going to see War of the Worlds. When we arrived everything was ready and even though we made a slight mistake with the parking voucher, (parking is on the street and costs extra) a quick phone call and it was sorted. The room rate was good for the area considering it was Brighton and was categorised as one of their Gold standard. It was large, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including Apple TV, 80mb broadband, tea and coffee, iron/ironing board, decent hair dryer and access to a wide range of free films which unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of. After a good night sleep we were treated to a full English Organic good quality breakfast which included cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, two eggs, (fried, poached or scrambled) and baked beans plus all the usual accompliments plus tea and coffee which were supplied in copious quantities. An excellent B&B and deserves a high rating and if we visit Brighton again Sea Breeze will be on the top of our list for accommodation.

"A little gem!"
The Brighton Inn is in a good position with easy access into Brighton and the surrounding area. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There were some nice touches with the informaton book and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom with wet area was spotless and very modern. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast which sustained us for the rest of the day! The owner, Rachel, gave us a warm welcome and advised us on where to eat and visit. We would highly recommend a visit to the Brighton Inn Boutique and hope to return one day.

"Elegant small Victorian B & B close to seafront."
I was warmly welcomed into an elegantly informal, pleasantly fragrant lobby/dining room. The Manager and other staff were helpful and solicitous without being intrusive. My small room, compact but well appointed, had a sunny balcony with sea view and two chairs. Breakfast was buffet style with many healthy choices. Brighton House is easy to find, only about two minutes' from the seafront and yet quiet, set back as it is in Regency Square. There is underground parking accessed in the Square. Many restaurants, bistros and cafes both along the seafront and in nearby roads, with a supermarket and convenience stores also handy.
