We had a wonderful holiday, and the hotel was almost perfect. The imperfections were all to do with getting a good night's sleep, and thought they didn't affect us too much, they would bother some people. Let's get them out of the way. The fridge was noisy, but I'm sure if we had alerted the management team they would have changed or fixed it. The reason we didn't mention the fridge was that the even noisier air conditioning unit drowned it out most of the time, and the management team couldn't have done much about that. And at 6 o'clock most mornings we had a mad bird attacking its reflection in the reflective windows. But almost everything else was amazing. The hotel is located in a secluded spot overlooking a beautiful bay, with flowering trees and shrubs everywhere, attracting a wide variety of birds, including hummingbirds. The hotel even has two roosting peregrine falcons. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plentiful towels and toiletries, and plenty of (English) TV channels for those who have time to watch them. The food was really tasty and varied, with a variety of specials every night, and the wine list was good. The free WiFi worked well, though not in the rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times. The pool was amazing - only 1.0-1.2 metres deep, but long enough for great exercise swimming. And the staff were amazing - so attentive and thoughtful. The more I think about it, the more I believe they would have silenced the air con and the mad bird.

My husband and I just spent a week here and loved it! The staff and service are top notch - facilities are clean - beautiful views and lots to do. Food was great and fresh with many options. We loved being sailing daily, swim up bar, turquoise water, mountains, etc. We scheduled a private sunset cruise through the resort to the Pitons - definitely do the snorkeling and views of the Pitons. We went to the mud baths and one of the waterfalls, which was small, and didn't think they were worth doing. Loved the staff - Trista, Simon, Luigi & Lincoln. Ask for Tony to assist with any custom trips or items you may need. We were not aware that pants were needed and he took my husband to a local shop to buy some. Try archery, snorkeling, yellow hot sauce and the lazy river!

My wife and I stayed for a week for our 2 year anniversary and loved it. The rooms are more of a villa style, amazing views and aesthetically beautiful. You need to walk about 5 minutes to the beach and main lodge but shuttles are available all day and are very prompt. We called and had a shuttle a minute after hanging up the phone. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Whatever it takes, get 'all inclusive' as there are no exclusions. You can order anything on the menu at the 5 restaurants and the food is pretty good. Awesome drink selection. Bottom line, if we can afford to go back we will. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great for couples and families alike.
