Stayed in a deluxe room. Décor was beautiful & customer service was outstanding (somehow all the hotel staff seemed to know who we were just on sight despite never meeting any of them before). Didn't eat in the restaurant but had drinks in the bar which was lovely. Overall a really great hotel with great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

"Luxury hotel off pedestrian street near Old Town"
I really enjoyed this hotel. First, it is right off a very charming pedestrian street and just a minute or two walk to Warsaw's main boulevard, Nowy Swiat. This is a very lively area filled with outdoor cafes, cool shops, and lots of people strolling/watching. It was a very pleasant and easy walk to the Old Town from here. I am glad that I spent a few nights here, outside of the Old Town, as well as a night in the Old Town.
My hotel room was modern, spotlessly clean, large (with a kitchenette) and thankfully very quiet. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful, which was a nice feature. The restaurant (unlike any hotel restaurant that I can recall) is very popular with locals and was filled every night I was there. I ordered a pizza from them through room service, and it was delivered very quickly to my room and delicious.

Very clean, helpful staff, and very comfortable. My minor complaint is that the bed was a little too hard, and my sides felt bruised after a night sleeping on my side. Aside from that, a good, quiet, easy stay. And very good breakfast choices too.

This hotel is located conveniently in the city centre and offers superb facilities. The view from the bar on the 40th floor is breathtaking. We used spa which was great! The breakfast choices were fantastic!
The only small inconvenience was that we could not check in before 3 pm and had to for an hour in the lobby.

we picked this hotel for a recent Christmas trip. Wasn't really expecting that much from the low price but was instantly proven wrong from the minute we arrived. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff. the room was spotlessly clean with great bathroom facilities. The hotel bar was reasonably priced and the food we tried we was excellent. Transport links are also great with the Centrum being over the road and it's only about a 15 walk to the old town. Obviously it is slightly noisy but you are in a city so what do you expect

Poland’s capital city has eclectic architecture. Warsaw’s Old Town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1980, even though 85 per cent of the city was destroyed during World War II. Since Poland joined the EU in 2004, Warsaw has experienced a huge building boom. Modern skyscrapers, 1950s-era East-bloc buildings, and centuries-old Gothic architecture all dot this city of 4 million’s skyline.
