Hotel was right at our arrival terminal so couldn't have been easier to get to. Room was very nicely appointed and quite large. Lovely view of plane traffic but completely quiet in room. The bell desk gave us complimentary ride to our departure terminal in the morning in a big, comfortable Cadillac Escalade. Overall experience could not have been any easier or better!

I found this hotel after trying 5 or 6 other Dallas hotels which were either full or asking for exorbitant rates. It is very stylish and the hotel staff is superb. My family member and I were there for medical reasons and the young lady that was the hostess in the hotel restaurant could not have been more accommodating. She allowed us (2) to sit in a booth that was designed for 6 because my family member needed a soft backed seat. The food was delicious and served by very friendly staff. We also had lunch and breakfast in this restaurant. The rooms were very nice. There is a complimentary cocktail hour with Texas wines and beer. If I had one complaint it would be that it would be nice to have a venue where you could pick up a quick breakfast or lunch. This is definitely a hotel that I would stay in again.

I like the older hotels that are kept up and clean. This hotel definitely applies. 4 stars since 07 every year. Staff was great.
Not sure why all 4-star hotels require mandatory Valet and $10 WiFi.
Hotel is in the flight path of Dallas Love.....
Overall great experience and would after the fact now like to know the scent in the lobby. It was very pleasing.
