We arrived later than expected and were made so welcome, offered refreshments and pastries. The room on 11th floor was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed with very comfortable beds. Breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels etc all very good as was the coffee. We were out all day but on return enjoyed the wine and cheese relaxing and listenening to the pianist. Nothing was too much trouble, will definately stay again. We checked out early returning for our luggage in the evening to be welcomed with a couple of glasses of prosecco before leaving for JFK. How thoughtful! We'll done Giraffe.

Stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. Couldn't have been nicer. Modern, clean, larger than most Manhattan rooms, spotless bathroom. Very nice front desk. Nicely appointed. Lobby is very inviting. Would certainly go back. Got a great rate on Expedia!

Stayed at 70 Park Avenue Hotel whilst on a short break to New York to celebrate my birthday.. Lovely small boutique hotel, great location (less than 5 min walk to Grand Central Station) .
Welcome room upgrade on arrival and fab view of the Empire State Building from our room.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The complimentary wine / hot choc after a hard days sightseeing / shopping were very welcome.. Also enjoyed the Christmas Classic films on in the small lounge..
All in all, a fabulous break and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again..

The check in and check out process was very easy. The hotel offered us a glass of complimentary wine during the week from 5-7. They were always offering to help in any way. They provided a bottle of sparkling wine and a card on my birthday. The rooms were a little stuffy/warm for my husband and me but the windows opened so we could get a little breeze so problem fixed. Nice ammenities in bathroom and decor is very stylish. The room is small but it's NYC so that's just the way it is. Window treatments were beautiful and black out curtains. Beds very comfy- not too firm or soft. Beautiful picture perfect view from the rooftop. I would stay here again for sure!

My husband was scheduled for surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery. The Hotel Bentley was a perfect choice for the three nights I needed to be in the city. Eight shorts blocks away, the hotel became a needed retreat after stressful days. Clean comfortable room, a friendly available staff, and a gorgeous view of the East river and the Queensboro bridge. I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations.
