It was little difficult to find due to lack of an actual sign on the side of the beautiful building in which this hotel is located, but once found, it was absolutely perfect. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. The location is absolutely perfect....just a few blocks from the duomo, the river, all major attractions in Florence. The room was immaculate, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The shower was the best I've ever experienced in a European hotel.

"We have already recommended to several people!!!"
We were so impressed with our room, it was beautifully decorated just like a show home, even the pictures had accent lights! The hotel staff were very gracious and helpful. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and our room looked right out onto the Arno river. The hotel has charming shops right out the front door. We ordered room service twice and the food was absolutely delicious and delivered quickly. If we didn't have other travel commitments we would have stayed! My best friend is going to Florence in a couple of months and I highly recommended this hotel, she has already booked it. I can not think of anything that needs improvement, it was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back!!

There are not enough stars to accurately rate this hotel. But please don't book there. I am planning on
coming back and I don't want to stand in line (so many lines!) to make a reservation.
I love Firenza, and I love this hotel just as much.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Florence within easy walking distance of all of the main sights. The old building has been renovated really nicely, the bedrooms aren't huge but are very comfortable & have everything you need. The staff are all really friendly & helpful, especially Fabian the bartender. Great breakfast for both choice & quality. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, staff was helpful with great restaurant suggestions, modern hotel in Florence. 2 min walk to Duomo or Central Market. Room and bathroom were big and more importantly very clean.
We traveled throughout Italy and we were pleased with this hotel amongst the other hotels we stayed in. I would stay in this hotel again and would definitely recommend it.

Our stay here was short but sweet so we didn't manage to experience everything the hotel had to offer, for example the spa treatments. It was a comfortable room with lovely little extras. We thought it was perhaps a little overpriced, and everything extra like breakfast was a bit too expensive. It also didn't include the hotel tax which we had to pay at the end of our stay. Overall a nice, clean and smart hotel but a little overpriced.

Although many international celebrities already know about this hotel, I consider it to be a real find. It is not the cheapest hotel in Florence, but it delivers tremendous value. It is located in the heart of Florence's historical district, but the hotel itself is in a quiet nook off of the main street. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Everything was high quality and the staff was attentive. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel.

We loved Florence. Our hotel was newly refurbished. That was a pleasant surprise as we always expect "old" in Europe. The room itself was a bit small but very comfortable. Thought and passion was put into the place and it was easy to see and appreciate.
