Staff is great, very nice, very helpful. This is a really nice hotel, right off of the Magnificent Mile. Rooms aren't very big, but if you need a place to stay to enjoy everything around you, this is perfect.

Just loved everything about this hotel, including the lobby bar and breakfast restaurant. The bed was super comfy and the toiletries were above average. The linens were all of a very high quality and the furniture, furnishings and decor were top notch.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. When I first checked in I was greeted by the very friendly Alisha. Her smile and friendly nature made me feel very welcome. She got me checked in quick. I was then offered some valuable tips by the concierge which made my stay in Chicago very enjoyable. The lady serving the donuts at infuzed was also very friendly and took the time to chat with me, instead of just treating me like another customer wanting to be served. Wish I had more time to stay at this hotel, as I am sure I would have enjoyed Chicago that much more

This was my second time staying at the W Lakeshore for the Chicago Marathon. They were incredibly accommodating, even bringing scissors and ice up to our room so we could ice our knees and tape our ankles post-marathon! Room service menu was great. Concierge was incredibly helpful and we were able to book most everything through them for our trip, from restaurant reservations to sightseeing. Hotel lobby reminded me of the W in NYC, very swanky and modern. The hotel bar was great, with unique, tasty drinks. The gym had about 5 treadmills and 6 bikes, along with the basic weight lifting equipment, and overlooked Navy Pier from the 7th floor. The hotel pool was standard size. Cool towels were available along with some of the latest Vogue, etc magazines at your convenience. We stayed in two double beds, overlooking downtown Chicago. There were multiple rooms in our party and they were very accommodating in putting all of our rooms next to each other. Overall, an incredible experience!!
