Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch.
Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.

This was our first trip to London. We loved the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The coffee/tea set up in the room was welcomed first thing in the morning. There were always plenting of linens and bathroom essentials. The TV was large and the fact that it could be shifted from the sofa to the bed was a big plus. We found that the two plugs were sufficient for our phones and laptops; one more plug would have been perfect. We got coffee delivered to our room each morning and it arrived within five minutes of the requested time every day! The bar menu and wine selections was wonderful. We splurged one night on the multi-course dinner and wine pairings. It was excellent and our waitress was knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions about the menu. This hotel is so close to many must-see attractions (5 - 10 minute walk to the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and many coffee shops, small cafes, restaurants and train station. Harry Potter fans MUST hop on the train to the Warner Bros. Harry Potter tour and movie set....fabulous! Make sure to go to "tea" (between noon and 6:00 p.m. each day). Cabs are readily available and are clean and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about St. Ermins Hotel and the wonderful staff who made our first trip to London a vacation to remember. I would highly recommend a stay at this reasonably priced Marriott hotel in a great location; you'll love the beautiful decor and exceptionally helpful staff.

This is a quiet hotel located close to Earl's Court tube. Grocery and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely garden view and the included breakfast buffet was excellent. Like other reviewers have said, the rooms are on the small side.

Really friendly staff, excellent facilities and well designed, well furnished and really clean and comfortable rooms. Decent restaurant menu & good bar meal menu. Breakfast was huge but a wee bit expensive. Short walk to tube was spoilt a bit by poor condition of footway, something the council should sort out.

The hotel was a short 10-15 min walk from either the Borough or London Bridge Stations (as long as you know which way to walk!). This fairly new hotel was clean and very well maintained. All of the staff were professional and courteous. The only problem we had was were booked a room for a party of five. When we got there they told us that all of their rooms only had one bed and no pull-out. A rollaway was available which we could only use in their handicap-accessible room. We had to book another room so everyone had a place to sleep. The food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and even my kids found something they could eat. Breakfast was an extra charge, but well worth it for the five of us. For those traveling from the US, you must bring a UK, three pronged, plug converter if you want to charge your Iphones. Overall, a great place to stay.

My husband, 6 yo daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights on our first trip to London. The staff was excellent! They went out if their was to ensure that all our needs were met. The hotel style and decor gave it an old world charm feel - we felt like we were in a different country, even when in our hotel. All around, a great experience!

Just 5 minutes walk from Green Park Station, yet quietly situated in a street off Piccadilly. As a female staying on my own, I felt entirely comfortable during my stay. Excellent welcome at Reception - I was upgraded and had a lovely, comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities I could need - including tea and coffee making facilities. A room attendant called by to make sure I had everything I needed and offered a turn-down service. I only stayed one night, which was a shame, so didn't get to use restaurant, bars and lounges. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
