"Great Hotel and it's a Marriott"
I noticed at check in that the hotel is a Marriott. I showed them my Marriott Gold card and was given free buffet breakfast for all four in the room. Great all you can eat breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and much more. Location was excellent. Walking distance to Buckingham palace, Big Ben & Westminster Abby. They also gave me Marriott Points even though I booked the room and prepaid with Expedia.

"Nice, new hotel in a quite location"
The hotel was a short 10-15 min walk from either the Borough or London Bridge Stations (as long as you know which way to walk!). This fairly new hotel was clean and very well maintained. All of the staff were professional and courteous. The only problem we had was were booked a room for a party of five. When we got there they told us that all of their rooms only had one bed and no pull-out. A rollaway was available which we could only use in their handicap-accessible room. We had to book another room so everyone had a place to sleep. The food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and even my kids found something they could eat. Breakfast was an extra charge, but well worth it for the five of us. For those traveling from the US, you must bring a UK, three pronged, plug converter if you want to charge your Iphones. Overall, a great place to stay.

"Fine example of Service Excellence!"
Mrs. Bea Tollman's vision of service delivery and client experience is well ingrained and executed by all of her employees. She should be quite proud of this. When my spouse and I checked in, we were surprised to learn we'd booked a Classic Double - which was beautiful - and more than attractive and comfortable. Our paperwork though said Classic Queen (we booked through a 3rd party that used different terminology). It wasn't an issue. After a day of sightseeing, we returned to our room to find a selection of shortbread cookies and an offer for a room with a king size bed. Our 7-night stay was fabulous, staff was consistently kind, helpful, pleased to wish us a good day and to greet us when we returned - nothing forced or awkward, ever! We enjoyed High Tea in one of their lounges and pre-dinner drinks in the bar. I can't stress enough the consistency in level of service and attention to detail from room to room and each with different employees. A terrific experience from start to finish.

"Great and convenient hotel."
This is a very centrally located hotel near Trafalgar Square, with easy access to the tube stations. The London Eye is very close by also. It was very reassuring to receive prompt and helpful communication from them prior to leaving Australia. The staff organized our airport to hotel transfer with ease and and were extremely helpful during our stay. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable when providing directions to the places we wanted to visit, and sold us tickets for tours we wanted to do. I would definitely be staying with them again. A really great overall experience :-)

"Great location, great price"
We booked our stay at the last minute - wanted somewhere cheap and convenient for Covent Garden and the Travelodge was fully booked. So pleased we ended up with this instead! Similar price to the Travelodge but much higher standard - all smart, modern and comfortable and right next to Holborn tube station so very convenient spot. The room was a good sized double, good bathroom (with bath, not just shower) and there was a little kitchenette. Check in and check out were efficient and staff were friendly.

"Nice hotel but tiny family rooms...."
We stayed at this hotel in August of 2014. The family rooms are small. The couch next to the bed was a fold-away bed. This was enough for our young girls. When both beds were down there was barely any space in front of the desk. The rooms were clean and well kept. There didn't seem to be anyone available to bring our luggage up to our room. We didn't ask anyone for help but in most hotels this is the first thing they offer upon entering the hotel. The scale to weigh our luggage was broken and they didn't offer any other suggestion to solve the problem. The breakfast buffet was good but very crowded. The space seemed a tad small for amount of people at breakfast. There can be a short wait if you don't arrive early. The location of the hotel was great, about a 10 minute walk to the London Eye and maybe 10-15 minutes to Westminister Abbey and Big Ben. Overall, the staff was very nice but the rooms were a little small for us. If you are going to the Eye and Madame Tussards's pay extra for the fast pass. With the passes we had a ten minute wait at both places. The line for Madame Tussard's could be as long as 3 or 4 hours without it, and it rains a lot too so that could be a horribly long wait.
