Hotel was located in beautiful Kensington. A short stroll to shops and restuarants. Directly opposite was the train station, very convenient. The hop on hop off stop was also directly opposite the hotel. Staff were helpful and although room was small, it was very clean. Breakfast was great - a full buffet of everything you need to start your day. The hotel also had a great garden area when you could sit and have an evening drink.

"First time we have visited London and it was great"
It was very educational and interesting. Thing I learn about in school when I was younger I got see them first hand. It was so amazing to see how Buildings were still in tack from a 100's of years ago. The abbey was the most interesting to me. (Tombs)

Excellent first impressions, modern and very clean, excellent staff. Only 10/15 minutes walk to station, approx 30 mins into Waterloo. Room very clean, had everything needed, eg tea and coffee, safe, iron, etc. Bar area very nice, breakfast excellent, staff available to cook anything not on offer in the buffet, eg pancakes, poached eggs. Close to the road so obviously there is road noise, and no lovely views but we hadn't booked the hotel for that - we wanted something comfortable and close to London - it was perfect for us.
