This hotel is in an excellent location near Tower Bridge and a five minute walk to the Tube station. City Hall and HMS Belfast are just around the corner and the Shard a couple of minutes walk away. Southwark Cathedral and the Borough Market are also in the immediate vicinity. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area so no need to eat in the hotel which is pricey to say the least. The desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We arrived at 10 am and were able to check in and get our rooms right away. Our double room 409 was spotlessly clean and well serviced throughout our weekend stay. The bathroom, although spacious enough had a leaky shower door and a basin with a broken plughole which is not a great reflection on the Hilton name. However we didn't complain as it would only take up precious time.
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base for a London city break.

The hotel was booked for a weekend stay to celebrate my partners 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived to the time we collected our luggage and changed back into our leisure wear using the hotels facilities (were able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we went for afternoon tea at the Ritz and watch Thriller!) we felt both welcomed and valued.
I had taken banners and balloons to decorate our room but was unable to prepare the room without my partners knowledge so I contacted reception and Jessica recommended I speak to the care team. Needless to say I was visited within ten minutes and the room was prepared for our return!
We had an executive room that had certain 'perks' e.g free drinks and snacks and a seperate breakfast area, we would definitely utilise these during our next stay (we didn't have time due to our busy schedule!)

A very relaxing hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, the bathroom was fantastic, reception, spa, dining areas and bar were all nicely designed. Set in the grounds of Syon Park its quiet but still has good links to Heathrow and central London.

We weren't sure what to expect but elected to stay there prior to our departure next day from Heathrow. We found the hotel very clean and the staff most helpful. The restaurant was good for dinner and the room service 24 hours. One tip- breakfast is GBP 17 if you just go down for breakfast but GBP 10 if you commit the night before and buy a breakfast coupon. Worth doing as it is a good breakfast. You can ride the Hotel Hoppa bus to go to the terminals but is takes a while- about 35 minutes to Terminal 5 even though it is only a few miles away. The Hotel Hoppa stops at all the hotels on the way to pick up travellers. If there are 3 of you or more you break even with a taxi that currently costs about GBP 15 compared to the Hoppa at about GBP 5 per person. We liked the place well enough that we booked another night there for the evening of our return.

Within 2 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. As we had an early start the next morning, we couldn't make breakfast, so was offered a takeaway. This was fantastic, enough food to last all day & a great variety. Also a hot drink which was made fresh for us. Superb service which was most unexpected but very much appreciated.
