Stayed on a very busy day in the pre-Xmas run up. Hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Room very clean & comfortable and we would definately stay again. We decided to park at Canary Wharf which was only a 10 minute walk away and we planned on shopping there anyway so it gave us somewhere to leave our bags.
Very minor, upon arrival for pre-evening drinks in the bar we were asked to take a seat and our order would be taken, these took 15 mins to order and another 15 mins to arrive, so we ended up having to drink them in a hurry to catch the shuttle bus, which is a lovely conveinent touch.
We booked for family including two teens and there was plenty of space for us all. On booking we requested in advance that the sofa bed was made up and also a rollaway bed (which we paid extra for) however we did have to request that this was supplied again before we went out for the evening - unfortunately this was a very old and saggy so not comfortable at all, which was not the expected standard.

Generally a great place to stay. Enjoyed my stay there in the spacious rooms, clean carpet, mini kitchen set up, spacious bathroom and a comfortably sized TV. The service staff are awesome and very friendly except for some minor hiccups when we ask for a technician to look at our refrigerator that is not refrigerating. The hotel is located not quite near to the Waterloo Underground Station. The plus point about Waterloo Station is that it sits smack in the middle of many other train lines. It is beneficial because it gives you many options and reduce the amount of train transfers you have to make just to get to one place. The hotel doesn't have any carpark, so if you drive you have to get it valet (oh well most tourist like me prefer to take the underground lines). The hotel is generally very crowded in the lobby and even on week nights it is relatively packed. The worst thing about the hotel is the interior design of the bedroom that I slept in. This is because instead of just having a plain cupboard door with the usual wood or PVC finish we have the head of a lady in monochromatic tone. It gave me the freaks when I woke up in the middle of the night to see the huge head of a woman staring over the bed from the side.
Even though the hotel has some short comings, but for the value, it is very very well worth the stay and I do actually look forward to stay there again on my next visit to London.

If you want a hotel with a hip vibe (but not hipster), pool, gym, and easy access to London's awesome Lebanese/middle eastern Edgware Road area, for much less than you'll pay elsewhere, look no further.

The hotel is very new and conveniently situated right next to Chelsea Bridge. The rooms are very spacious by London standards, spotlessly clean and modern and the staff helpful and efficient. The restaurant is very good and we used the relaxing spa too. We would definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

A very relaxing hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, the bathroom was fantastic, reception, spa, dining areas and bar were all nicely designed. Set in the grounds of Syon Park its quiet but still has good links to Heathrow and central London.

Lovely first impression. Relatively spacious, all the amenities I would want. Bay window (unfortunately drafty). Took advantage of the steam room and sauna in the spa. Divine. Will stay there again. And again.
