Our stay at the Malibu Beach Inn was so lovely we couldn't quit talking about wanting to return. We were greeted by the best service, atmosphere and view that could be hoped for. Our 3rd story room with a gabled ceiling, balcony and heavenly view, couldn't have been better. So much attention is given to every detail that it feels totally like home away from home. We didn't want to leave! Dining was enjoyable. Immediate access to a flawless sandy beach with every service you might need, was a delight. We slept very comfortably, with our fireplace creating the best atmosphere. The products and snacks provided were also very enjoyable. We will plan to stay longer on our return visit.

The Sunset is a beautiful Art Deco hotel, with efficient and courteous staff, and a lovely restaurant.
On arrival, there was apparently a problem with the room we were booked into, so we had a drink in the Terrace Bar while we waited to see if they could fix it. The Bar overlooks the city skyline, and it was a splendid start to the stay. They obviously couldn't get the room ready for a while, so we were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, and beautifully appointed.
We ate at the Tower Bar and the food was delicious. Service and attention to detail was splendid.
The valet service was fast and efficient, and the hotel itself was close to all the Hollywood must-sees.

Love that Portos Bakery is not too far away, and Bea Bea's restaurant is right across the street...excellent breakfast!
Didn't have to pay for parking. Parked out in the street a block down. The 2 hour parking limit didn't apply because it was a weekend. Worked out perfectly.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel is top notch...felt very cozy.

My wife and I planned this get away weekend in LA for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and a day at the Getty Museum. The Petit Ermitage was the perfect definition of a "Boutique" hotel. It was charming, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the service was exceptional. The 4th floor roof-top restaurant, bar and pool provided a classy LA experience without the craziness of LA crowds. We definitely feel we have found a hidden gem.

The Chamberlain Hotel is a great boutique hotel, conveniently located in West Hollywood. The deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with cabanas and decent views of the city and nearby hills. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting LA.

Starting with the Valet parking on the first day and arriving at an impeccably appointed room and spending Tuesday through Sunday, every detail, breakfast, was very well done.
The Front Office Manager, David Hall, who seemed to be on duty 24/7 was as efficient as he was gracious about any and all requests.
My room was very clean, very nicely appointed. The bathroom was always spotlessly cleaned.
My WiFi worked well too.
Thank you for making our stay feel like a very special time.
