Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Rooms comfortable and spacious. I read other reviews here and they were spot on. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food is a bit overpriced but good. Pools were very clean. The only complaint I had is the same as everyone else's-- include free Wi-Fi. Many of the other hotel/resorts of comparable stature we visited had free Wi-Fi. Free in-room coffee is back. I noticed in another review that they weren't doing that for a while but as of August 2014, it was back in-rooms.

Well once we got off the flight, the gauntlet at the airport was horrendous, but once we were at the resort it was awesome, never ending food, never ending drinks, the Miami Vice drink was flavorful, the Waverunners in front of the hotel for rent was awesome, and definitely take the glass bottom boat trip past the arch it was awesome.

Rarely have I gone to an all inclusive property and enjoyed the food and service. This hotel was a clear exception. The service was excellent and attentive to my needs, and the food was very good overall. Despite the recent hurricane the property was in great condition and fully operational. Great spot for a trip to cabo given proximity to downtown.
