An amazing building, perfectly located in the historic centre of Alcala which is a wonderful little town to wander around. Stayed here on business and was glad we had some time to have a look around the town which was only possible because of this location.
The hotel itself is exactly what you need for any type of stay, clean, comfortable, helpful staff, a nice little bar for a quiet evening drink, good restaurant and the breakfast buffet was so good we didn't need to stop for lunch.
Good large rooms with a walk in wardrobe and most importantly a HUGE shower so you don't bang your elbows or get attacked by a shower curtain.
The only downside is that because of the layout of the rooms (open plan basin & shower area), if you need to get up in the night for a glass of water, you can't turn on just a light in the toilet (which is in a separate room) without turning all the bathroom area lights coming on which could disturb your partner if they are a light sleeper.

This pleaseant hotel is located very close to Placa Maior. You can walk around visiting the beautiful places of Madrid. It's a great cost/benefit. Moreover, it is the first hotel that I stayed that has the minibar included. Therefore you can enjoy a softdrink without worrying with the high prices hotel charge for.

Enjoyed a week in this apartment -- comfortable and nicely set up with reliable wifi in room. Enjoyed many restaurants within walking distance, lots of opportunity for shopping (whether you are looking for chain stores or high end designers), and walking distance to several metro stations enabled me to get to everywhere I needed to go in the city. I found the walls between apartments are pretty thin so it could be noisy, although I only noticed this during the evenings/night and was entirely dependent on how noisy the neighbours were. There was also quite a bit of noise drifting up from the next street as people were walking to and from the city centre at night, especially on weekend nights. So it wasn't entirely quiet and peaceful, but being so close to all the amenities in such a comfortable apartment made the noise level worth it. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the city centre is probably not where you want to be.

"Excellent, spacious value-for-money 4 star hotel"
Stayed at this hotel in Pinto for 1 night. The room is spacious and very comfortable. It also has a kitchenette. The bathrooms are amazing and it also had radio output.
Highly recommended for a stay. It is very affordable. I also changed from three nights to one night and the stay were flexible to accomodate.
The room WiFi and breakfast could have been better. But overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

Overall excellent. Usually only one English speaking person available at reception but always available and willing to help. A perfect stay but the rooms doors are a bit heavy and if slammed can wake someone up

What a find this hotel was. Right in the heart of Madrid by the Gran Via, could not have been a better location to walk to all the major sights close by, such as the Prado, numerous other locations/museums/restaurants/shopping/parks/plaza's, etc. The room was more like a condo/flat with two bedrooms, modern & clean décor, great amenities. Has a roof-top terrace to eat/drink/relax after a long day of sight-seeing and before bed. Also, this has a very discreet entrance, unlike a typical hotel entrance this is simply a glass door that enters into a small and unassuming lobby with extremely friendly and professional staff. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. This was my third trip to Spain, second to Madrid, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
