We arrived at the hotel around dinner time to be greeted by a wonderful Bell Man, named Wilson, who greeted me by name as he had been so kind to arrange a car for our airport transport. I was there with a dear friend to celebrate two milestone birthdays as well as it being both our first times in NYC. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and were quick to wish us both a happy birthday and treated us to a glass of champagne and lovely desserts. We were further given a similar type gift from the Bell Man and also a coupon to treat us to a lovely breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was amazing and the food delightful and even though is was not so huge in size, it was one of the best meals ever! All through out two day stay, everyone went out of their way to be helpful, courteous and beyond friendly. I cannot wait to go back and could not imagine ever staying any place else but the Muse Hotel.

We stayed here recently for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great spot for sightseeing around central park. They serve a great breakfast options and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was on 9th floor right by the elevators but noise was not an issue at all. Room was large and roomy, bathroom pretty small but well laid out. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit hot and the air con was to loud to put on and if we opened the window the noise level was to high. Would we repeat? yes we would.

I have lived in Hell's Kitchen for many years and ended up moving to LA. Wanting to come back for a visit, I wanted to find a nice hotel in the old neighborhood. First, I could not believe there was a big hotel at that location…use to be nothing. I thought it would be the perfect location and thought it looked nice on line. I ended up with the premier king room. I was so happy and shocked when I entered the room. So open….so clean….so modern….so bright. It was worth every penny. This is a great hotel to be able to relax in after running around NYC. Each evening, I sat down on the comfy couch in my room and looked at the skyline. Made me miss living in NYC, but made me feel I can always come here (ink 48) to come home.

From the start, the Cassa Hotel experience was great. Located only a couple blocks from the heart of Times Square, it's a great location. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and accommodating. From the minute we arrived, it was like we were good friends, welcomed home. The room was just like the photos, beautiful, in perfect condition. Everything worked great and the room was super quiet (kind of surprising given how close the hotel is to quite a busy world. The bathroom was lovely too. The linens and the products in the shower were grat. The bed perfectly soft. Having BUTTER (renowned restaurant) in the basement doesn't hurt either! Yum. If you love the look of a contemporary and clean environment, this is the place for you.
Seriously, if you read this review and choose not to stay here, you're just silly. I don't know how this place could be any better. Really.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at fitzpatricks in November 2014. The room was clean and spacious for New York. I read reviews saying that you should stay on higher floors but we found the noise both from the bar downstairs and the street outside to be minimal, (we were on the third floor). The staff were very friendly and helpful. One waitress at dinner even explained that we had added a tip onto the bill which already had a tip included, it would've been easy to say nothing and myself and my wife admired her honesty. The barman was very good. Particularly helpful was the two concierges (is that the plural of concierge?) Garfield checked us in online before we left for our flight and was very friendly. Michael went above and beyond in that he booked trips for us, shopped for the best rates for shows and even went as far as locating a frozen snowglo doll which we wanted for our daughter for christmas ( there was only one left in New York and Michael located it, reserved it and texted us directions on how to get there)
All in all, we loved our trip and this was due in large part to the pleasant, helpful and unobtrusive staff of fitzpatricks grand central.

I was delighted the minute I opened the door to our room! The beauty and character of the architecture and close proximity to the attractions of the city made this the perfect place to stay. Staff was courteous and professional and the room was clean and well-appointed. I would highly recommend!

I would stay here again. This hotel had the best bed I've ever had at a hotel. Equal in comfort to my own expensive mattress. The location was so central to everything, if you couldn't or didn't want to walk it was easy to get on a subway or train being next to grand central station.
