This hotel was awesome, the breakfast was amazing! The rooms are magnificent, couldn't ask for better. The only reason I didn't rate it as excellent was the fact that it's a little too far and there's no white sand beach. If you want to go to the beach, you have to walk and navigate through some tough coral reefs.

Hotel was just very mediocre. If you don't mind very large hotel complexes with a lot of guests that are probably on package deals then you might find this place appealing. Considering the beauty of the location a more intimate hotel would probably be more enjoyable.
Also the buffet style food -with the exception of the breakfast - was very average.

The outdoor facilities are wonderful, relaxing and perfect for a holiday with one exception; the beautiful beach is not comfortable with the relentless Hawkers "Beach Boys" incessantly following you trying to sell exactly the same things. They ruin the beach and made it off limits. You can hardly ever take a quiet walk along the beach. The staff Entertainment Crew - Animation - are friendly, personable and make the facility lively day night with activities from, Swahili lessons, pool exercise, stretching, Football on beach, Volleyball, etc and nighttime shows and production and games. All Inclusive resort offers quality food at fair price, however optional activities (water sports, spa etc) are hawked by 'on commission' staff daily. "Pay for" items include everything else - one must pay for water in rooms and phone calls etc. This is definitely a 4 Star Resort for its facilities but the Decor and cleanliness is below par and dated. I would definitely come back but i might check out other hotels and resorts in the area. I design and build resorts in the Middle East and South East Asia; and visit Hotels around the world: These 3 Hotels; Neptune Palms, Neptune Village and Neptune Paradise (closed for repairs) are owned by one man, they need to be improved to maintain 4 star rating. The Staff and mid level staff are amazing, the mangers need people skills, especially in front of guests.

It was disappointing that no-one warned us that a taxi needed to be booked for the 40 km ride from the airport to the hotel, especially as we arrived at 03.30 and then faced a one and half hour car ride.
Otherwise the overall experience, food excepted (see below), was satisfactory.
The red wines were acceptable, but the dry whites were dreadful.
Turkish Airlines were very good.

This hotel is spectacular and offers consistent quality on all levels. Leopard Beach Resort is professionally run and staff are very personable. Our flight schedule brought us to the hotel two hours early but no eyebrows were raised. Instead we were welcomed, taken for tea and coffee on the house and when we were finished our UPGRADED room was ready. We love this place - we have been here many times and brought large conferences too. Our onward flight was late in the evening so we checked out on time, put our luggage in a locked deposit, and were able to enjoy the hotel facilities all day long. When it was time to leave we were given a complimentary room to freshen up before our onward journey! Other hotels could learn so much from this place!
