This hotel is fantastic, our holiday didn't get off to the best start (United airlines lost our luggage) when we got to the hotel and explained what had happened they gave us all our toiletries including deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste all for free. They then found us an amazing room which over looked the freedom tower/ world trade centre and their beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. A lot of people will dismiss staying down town but tbh we preferred it, you are 2 min away from the 911 memorial, 10 min to the ferry terminal inc the free Staten Island ferry and the Statue of Liberty and 15 min walk to the Brooklyn bridge and China town! Tube services to go up town are every 5 minutes and only cost $2.50 each way!
The hospitality of this hotel is second to none, so helpful and polite!! Ooh and the food is very reasonable and very nice :) give it a go you certainly won't be disappointed

Everything was an easy walking distance ( Times Square, Radio City , Broadway . Rockefeller Cntr,) . The room was well appointed and the bed was SUPER comfortable. The staff was very friendly and called me by name even though I was only there two nights. I plan to return to NCY and will definitely stay there again !

I was delighted the minute I opened the door to our room! The beauty and character of the architecture and close proximity to the attractions of the city made this the perfect place to stay. Staff was courteous and professional and the room was clean and well-appointed. I would highly recommend!

We were there just one night but the room was clean , the staff was accomodating. the decor of the hotel was funky and lively, We were able to leave our bags prior to check in so we could go into the city and spend the day until later on in the afternoon. I definitley would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
