We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Tribeca for the New York Marathon. Yes Canal street is loud, but so is just about every street - it's New York! Luis at the front desk was wonderful - friendly, helpful and in a great mood, helped us after an early morning flight. We were able to check in early and get a high room that was quieter and also had a wonderful view. Super convenient for multiple subways and wandering in Soho or Tribeca.

It's beautiful. The room was very comfy and elegant. The bed was scrumptious. The room was clean, peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was elegantly appointed although I must say the shower was open to the floor and the water ran out into the bathroom floor. A bit odd but not a huge concern. The hotel staff from desk to breakfast counter clerk, parking valet and driver service were all so very friendly, it made my first stay in Brooklyn extremely welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. Don't tell too many people, or this hotel will always be booked and the prices will rise.

Great location. Took a cab from Penn Station and walked the rest of our time there. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff including concierge and doorman who were sincere and welcoming to my 10 year old daughter. Cozy, clean and comfortable room. Touches like warm cider available in the hotel lobby, comfortable robes and not one but 2 friendly concierge staff.
