This condo was roomy, updated, well-kept, and perfect for our family. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, truly the best vacation home that we have ever been at! We will definitely be back :)

This hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. We were there for a short getaway. The staff was professional, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. I am especially impressed by the kindness they extend to their handicapped guests. The atmosphere was very peaceful, the location is great, the scenery is beautiful. Everything was so convenient that we did not leave the hotel until we checked out. The food was a bit pricey, but well worth it. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. Thumbs up to Rosen Shingle Creek!

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-check out.
The only uncomfortable situation was the rude parking attendant that was located at the Nutcracker Ice Sculpture exhibit but everyone made up for his rudeness.

Stayed for three nights at Portofino. Gorgeous setting, doesn't really look like a hotel from the outside. Check in and out very easy. Boat service to City Walk and both Universal parks very good with polite and helpful skippers. Nice variety of shops and great to have a Starbucks on site, especially for tea and coffee and pastries for breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet available in the restaurant, which was okay but it is way over-priced. The best perk of staying at this hotel is the free Express Pass for front of line access. And the beds were heavenly!
The two things that were disappointing were the lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room, and also it costs $20 a day to park at the hotel for guests staying there! Really?!!
Having said that, I would stay here again if I was planning on visiting the Universal theme parks in the future for the free front-of-line pass if nothing else.

We stayed in the Springs which was right next to the pool, bus stop and restaurant and main office. This was fantastic since we did not have a car and I am handicapped.
We had a two bedroom villa for myself and 3 grown daughters. The rooms were awesome. Our master had a king bed, Jacuzzi, sink and large closet. Also in the next private room was a large shower, another sink and a toilet in a separate closed room.
The girls also had a large bathroom with a full tub and toilet and a massive 2 sink area for dressing, and 2 queen beds. kitchen was stocked with all we needed.
Our room was maintained daily.
We loved the convenience of the restaurant/grocery store/gift shop. Prices were so reasonable and food was excellent. We took the boat to Downtown Disney.
Disney people were at the bus stops to tell us when buses were coming.
I would definitely stay there again. We all loved it. Sorry it was not warm enough to use the pool which was outstanding for adults and kids
