We only booked 3 hours previous to our arrival, and didn't know what to expect. Definitely didn't expect the amazing room, beautiful grounds, and delicious food that we got. If I lived in America this hotel would definitely be 1st choice for a luxury break.

The hotel staff was amazing as soon as they found out we were on our honeymoon they gave us a beautiful room with a lovely view! They even sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries one evening. The location was perfect as the open air market on Thursday evening was right outside our door!
Thank you again for making our stay memorable!

I had reservations for a Casita room with 2 queen beds however upon my arrival none were available. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom 2 bath casita with a living room, full kitchen and 2 balconies. This was a wonderful surprise especially since it was a trip to celebrate my birthday. Awesome!

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience at the Viceroy boutique hotel. The staff were very accomodating and very attentive. The room and the grounds including three pools were very well kept and manicured. We spent a few times at the bar and Tad the bartender took great care of us, food and drink were amazing. The location is in the heart of it all in Palm Springs. We definitely will be coming back.

Our family had a great little mini vacation. We were able to get all our rooms next to each other. Rooms were clean and comfy. Across the street from a shopping center and driving distance from all sorts of yummy restaurants. The pool was nice and clean. Splashtopia was really fun for the little ones. There were some rude guests that were annoyed with the kids but I'm sure they got over it.
My only negative things about the hotel were:
1. Ice machine was out in our building. (Luckily, every other building had an ice machine so that worked out but in the heat it sucked to walk with the ice bucket.)
2. Kind of annoyed there was no mini fridge in the room and I was not about to pay the extra charge for a "mini" fridge. Since we had little ones with us it was a bit annoying.

Having stayed at another hotel where my experience was less than amazing, I took a chance and booked a night here. I have stayed at the Scottsdale,AZ property and enjoyed it very much.
Upon check in, I was told a room was ready for me (3 hours before was expected). The room was clean, minimalist in a pleasing way and facing the pool area. The bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows are huge, which I like.
The pool area is fairly quiet until around 1-2pm, so you can catch rays in the AM without distraction. ( On Sat, live DJ and crowd starts at 11am).
The El Jeffe bar is intimate and a place to grab tasty tacos ( I recommend the carnitas). Breakfast was their Benedict dish, which I will recommend they replace the salami with bacon, because...EVERYTHING is better with bacon.
Honorable mentions are front staff member Mario and pool staff Alex and Jessica- hard working and they did it with a real smile.
I highly recommend anyone who likes a fun, classy yet modern environment give this place your first attention.
