"Great condo on the less crowded part of Grace Bay"
This was our first stay on this end of Grace Bay (3rd overall) and it was great! Even though the beach was full in the mid part of grace Bay. The beach on this end was nearly deserted and made for some incredible walks. There was a bar and grill right next door, but we cook a lot.. Caught some Tuna and grilled it on the out door gas grill provided. Also lots of shells just past the non existent surf (this beach is more like a pool). The staff are very friendly and can arrange any trips you want to take

Excellent management staff. Condo is fully equipped with everything you could possible need, including kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach toys for young and old. Just buy your groceries and you're all set. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Powdery sand beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely pool area. Would return in a minute.

We were so pleased with the whole experience at Royal West Indies. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was very clean and comfortable (except for our pillows), the grounds were lovely with the pools and lush, tropical landscaping. The beach was white sand and turquoise water with chairs and umbrellas provided for free.
The food was very good, too.

First visit to Turks & Caicos and we didn't know what to expect. Kim was absolutely wonderful in taking care of various excursions, arranging breakfast at our convenience each morning, offering helpful advice about where to go and what to see and generally caring about making our stay a great experience. The phone they gave us for the duration of our stay allowed us to call Kim anytime we had a question or required some help. There was also a transportation number programmed in so we could get a taxi quickly if we ever needed it. You need to rent a car if staying at One on Marlin however they are relatively cheap and driving on the wrong side of the road (left) does not take long to get used to. Can't wait to see if they follow through with th spa and pool facilities that are touted to be ready for 2015. Would definitely go back and would choose One on Marlin again.
