My room was spacious & clean. We were put into a smoking room the first night dispute our request for a non-smoking room. The hotel made the switch the next day and all was well. It was a little walk to the Terminus station about 10 mins so we took a taxi the days we had our luggage - about 13 Euros, not bad. Do watch for pick pockets in the Metros.

"Lovely hotel with good location and helpful staff"
Spent the last four days of my holiday in this lovely hotel. Stayed in a comfortable and very clean but small single room. Good breakfast and spacious lounge. Will certainly continue to stay in a BW hotel any country I go.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel; our experience was fantastic. The staff were competent, helpful, responsive and friendly, and spoke English fairly well. It was an easy walk to a main public transportation terminal (Tiburtina Fs--about 1/2-2/3 mile) with a bus stop to terminal 1/2 block away, supermarket across the street, and eating places in nearby neighborhood and on main street through Tiburtina area (Via Tiburtina, between terminal and hotel). It is a short ride to sights in Rome. The area along route from terminal is ugly but felt safe, and is better on the other side of hotel. Breakfast provided was good, restaurant on site also good. It is a modern facility, and our room was large. Rental car agency nearby (on route to terminal) would be handy for those wanting to rent a car for part of stay.

I had a great time at this hotel even though most of the day I was out. I Didn't appreciate the Night auditor because he was oblivious to the fact that there are AC ( air conditioning) in the room. He manually had to start it from downstairs. After a few minutes of trying to make him understand that I'm not stupid.. He turned it on. Ridiculous when you are paying for a room and any guest should be able to leave it on all the time if he/she chooses to.. I must recognize hospitality from Francesco, and Armando for good service and the friendly upgrade after the inconvenience I incurred.

This hotel is of a good standard. It's clean and stylish. The staff are helpful. It's very close to Roma Termini and so is convenient. The baths in the rooms are huge. The rooms even have mood lighting.
