Lovely hotel, clean rooms, excellent staff. The rooftop garden is idyllic with views of the Colosseum which is in easy walking distance. Reception staff are very good with directions, organising tours and recommending excellent local restaurants. Ensure that you walk around the area, to see all the little streets and buildings. A visit to the park of Villa Celimontana is a must - so beautiful and peaceful.
I hope that we can return one day to the Hotel Capo d'Africa and this lovely area of Rome.

Hotel is well located near the Spanish steps and the Pelazzo Barberini (Great art museum).
Great front desk staff, cosey but elegant room, outstanding breakfast served for a good long period, excellent services for airport pick up by taxi.

This hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel where the staff is on the level of a 5 star. Rooms are a decent size for a big city hotel. Cool lighting in the rooms, complimentary drinks in mini-fridge. As good a location as any in Rome. In a city with hundreds of hotels, most drivers knew where Artemide was which made it easy in the taxis. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at River Palace with my sister for a few days. From opening a bottle of wine in our room to calling a taxi whenever, all the staff is very nice and helpful. It's a 2 minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, 15 from Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain (which was completely blocked off because of work being done to it), and 10-15 minute taxi drive anywhere else (watch out for those rip off divers trying to make you think you miscounted money). Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the delicious gummies left on our bed every day as well as the comfy slippers provided after a long day of walking. I highly recommend their delicious breakfast buffet (be sure not to miss out). If you're planning on spending a few days in Rome, River palace is definitely a must!

We were a family of 4 and this was a great hotel for us. The room, the staff everything was perfect. The only thing negative is it is a little far off from the center of town, but easily accessible by public transportation.

We've just stayed at the Ponte Sisto for the second time, and can't wait to be back. Although the rooms are small, they are well appointed and the rest makes up for it- the breakfast setting in the courtyard is the most wonderful ever.
