"Great hotel, close to everything"
This was our 2nd stay at the Tuscan & it was every bit as good the 2nd time 'round. So close to Fishermans Wharf, and very close to transit to get just about anywhere you want to go. The wine tasting hour is fantastic, staff was courteous. We will stay again!

"Modern and slick hotel near union square"
Hotel staff was wonderful very kind and helpful lounge was awesome restaurant good very nice looking but food was okay like better the lounge by far.... Room didn't get cleaned one day because we slept in and no one ever came in the afternoon to clean it and found it a lil small but it was modern and clean decor .. Great location close to everything but rented a car from enterprise throw the hotel and left my phone In the middle compartment after dropping off the car and wen I came bak to get it about 15-20m it was gone and I even called but obviously they wouldn't admit to having such dishonest staff was disappointed about that especially because it's such a well known car rental business and we went throw the hotel for booking but other then that it was good

"Centrally located, boutique hotel with a cool vibe"
Stayed for a few nights at Hotel Zetta to avoid the cookie-cutter chain hotels. The hotel offers a really cool feel, extremely professional, friendly and helpful staff, a full range of services, and modern, clean rooms. As with a lot of hotels in SF, if you're looking for an expansive room, this might not be for you -- we were supposed to have a "Premium Studio King" but ended up with a "Superior Room" (although we didn't get a refund... nor were we notified of the change - figured it out myself when looking into reviewing the hotel...). Anyhow, it was fairly small... The hotel is also busy (it seems) with private events -- the three nights we stayed there were two private events that prevented use of the game room and/or the bar/lounge. Given that there are dozens of places within walking distance, it doesn't really matter... Overall it was a great stay - I'd return and recommend to friends/colleagues.

"Nice hotel in a good location"
The hotel is just of Union Square and the road it is on leads straight through to Nob Hill and Fishermen's Wharf while Chinatown and the Theatre District are also close by. Therefore everything is in walking distance so long as you can cope with hills, but this is true wherever you are in downtown San Francisco. While not as grand as some hotels I actually prefer these smaller hotels and although the d├ęcor is a bit run down it adds to the charm. There is a good bar built into the hotel which has a range of micro brews and also some good food. There is a gym but after hill walking all day there seemed little need to check it out. The room is spacious enough for a city centre hotel with all the facilities you need - with the exception of coffee making facilities in the room.

Beautiful property near shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located near the Powell Street BART station. Interior design and room layout was nice. Gorgeous common areas where guests are welcome to linger. Coffee shop next door and indoor pool that is flooded with natural skylights. Nice modern and clean fitness center and there was even a small outdoor deck off the pool area to catch the sunshine and enjoy the skyline view. This hotel had it all and we will return the next time we are in San Fran!
