"Amazing!"
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Beach and Water Club for three nights in the beginning of March and it was exactly what we wanted/needed. There was a great mixture of ages (we're in our young twenties), it had an awesome location (10 feet from the beach), and the staff were fantastic! There's a good amount of restaurants and other hotels nearby that you can eat at because the hotel restaurants were a little pricey, including the drinks/food received on the beach - $23 for two approx. 12oz strawberry daiquiris. The lighting in the hotel is themed blue so if you're not a fan of dim lighting then it'll probably annoy you, but it didn't bother us. The rooftop pool/bar/restaurant is beautiful and we took advantage of the location plenty of times. The staff was beyond fantastic and very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. We also were upgraded to an ocean facing room upon our arrival which made our vacation even better!

Pocket Guide: Puerto Rico Island San Juan 4 stars Aimbridge Hospitality Hotels

San Juan is the capital of Puerto Rico, and its cultural hub. Half of the island’s population lives in the greater metropolitan area, and most visitors enter here as well. Old San Juan, with its cobblestone streets and old colonial architecture, lies on a small island connected to the mainland by bridges; it is guarded by 16th and 17th century forts, now World Heritage sites open to the public.
