Senggigi is one of Lombok's main tourist destinations, with a heavy concentration of hotels, bars, and restaurants for any budget. The region is a good launching point for nearby activities, such as water sports on the beach, scenic tours, or trips to a nearby Hindu temple, like Pura Batu Bolong. Getting around is easy--just flag down a bemo (a pick-up truck with benches in the back).
