We thoroughly loved our stay at Sojourn. The staff were brilliant and the hotel itself was perfect in every way. The pool was perfect after a morning at the temples as was the Spa with the wonderful massages and facials on offer. The food was the best we had in all of Siem Reap.
The small touches, personalised service, giving back to the local community and developing friendships with the staff are all reasons why we would go back to this hotel - next time, longer than 5 days!

The environment is beautiful but the service far surpass its beauty.
Do note that the room is for max 3 pax.
We were glad we chose club because the rooms are nicely decorated and new. We were given a room at resort for late check-out. The room was clean and had a bathtub but cant compare to the club's room. Hotel staff seems to move between both premises. Can communicate with them with ease and they are so friendly and caring. You can use facilities at both premises during your stay. This is great as the swimming pool at resort is bigger but the club's is cozier.
The location is great. It is a short distance from the buzz. Convenient and accessible by walk, tuk tuk and car. We travelled as a family, with two children and prefer to walk around to have a good feel of the place. It is easy to walk to pub street and old market, just follow the river and lights.
Shinta Mani made our holiday extra special. The friendly and warm service is a reflection of the city :)

The hotel pleasantly surprised me. We stayed on the third floor overlooking the pool. We had initially booked a cabana room, but I felt that there would not be enough privacy there, so we switched to an upper floor room. The balcony of this room was a lovely place to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant staff was very well-trained and attentive. The street on which the hotel is located is not charming, but I frankly saw few streets with charm in the whole city. I would stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel again. It is a very good value.

First class rooms in very quiet location, yet only 10mins from pub street by Tuktuk
Huge rooms - excelent for children since plenty of space to play in rooms and garden
Good pool, - heavy on the chlorine
Breafast - large and varied
Small and exclusive - only 16 suites
Only downside we saw was no lift, but top floor is only 3 stories and if you don't want to climb take a ground floor room
We would stay again
Hire a daily tuktuk - $15 - and you can eat out in pub street whenever you want

Excellent, reasonably-sized hotel close to the river in Siem Reap. Colonial era architecture (former holiday home of French Governor) and still a post-colonial feel to it (open balconies, whirring fans, lots of attentive staff). Good food and drink available all hours. Reception very helpful with organising car to & from airport, tuk-tuk journeys, restaurant bookings etc

We had a wonderful stay at Angkor Sayana - located in a genteel part of Siem Reap with plenty of good restos and bars nearby, yet within walking distance of the noisier Pub Street ahould you prefer that. Absilutely nothing to complain about!
