This hotel is in an excellent location near Tower Bridge and a five minute walk to the Tube station. City Hall and HMS Belfast are just around the corner and the Shard a couple of minutes walk away. Southwark Cathedral and the Borough Market are also in the immediate vicinity. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area so no need to eat in the hotel which is pricey to say the least. The desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We arrived at 10 am and were able to check in and get our rooms right away. Our double room 409 was spotlessly clean and well serviced throughout our weekend stay. The bathroom, although spacious enough had a leaky shower door and a basin with a broken plughole which is not a great reflection on the Hilton name. However we didn't complain as it would only take up precious time.
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base for a London city break.

Generally a great place to stay. Enjoyed my stay there in the spacious rooms, clean carpet, mini kitchen set up, spacious bathroom and a comfortably sized TV. The service staff are awesome and very friendly except for some minor hiccups when we ask for a technician to look at our refrigerator that is not refrigerating. The hotel is located not quite near to the Waterloo Underground Station. The plus point about Waterloo Station is that it sits smack in the middle of many other train lines. It is beneficial because it gives you many options and reduce the amount of train transfers you have to make just to get to one place. The hotel doesn't have any carpark, so if you drive you have to get it valet (oh well most tourist like me prefer to take the underground lines). The hotel is generally very crowded in the lobby and even on week nights it is relatively packed. The worst thing about the hotel is the interior design of the bedroom that I slept in. This is because instead of just having a plain cupboard door with the usual wood or PVC finish we have the head of a lady in monochromatic tone. It gave me the freaks when I woke up in the middle of the night to see the huge head of a woman staring over the bed from the side.
Even though the hotel has some short comings, but for the value, it is very very well worth the stay and I do actually look forward to stay there again on my next visit to London.

The hotel is very new and conveniently situated right next to Chelsea Bridge. The rooms are very spacious by London standards, spotlessly clean and modern and the staff helpful and efficient. The restaurant is very good and we used the relaxing spa too. We would definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

I had a fantastically relaxed stay in this hotel, the room was decorated in a period style, while having a very modern bathroom with heated flooring and an excellent shower / bath.
it's walking distance from wimbledon village and the facilities in terms of breakfast and restaurants are fantastic, not to mention walking in the grounds.
The staff are helpful and go the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable one.

We arrived to a very quick check inn. Room was clean double bed was not fixed on floor so bounced to the floor each time we sat on it. The sofa bed was too close to the double bed and made it a bit difficult to get between
But the staff were wonderful my daughter is gluten free and she was given gluten free bread and had lots to choose from to eat. The staff were well informed and we were well looked after. Very impressed.
Good situated hotel. Would stay here again.
