The first contact was valet who was extremely nice(-(Afro American male-name?)' then the check in young woman(name I forgot) was the best person I evr had overall as a check in Host. Then we go up to the room and it was outstanding in every aspect. TV in bathroom mirror was unreal! Bed was nice. Absolutely no problems, and a great value for he money.

Facility a little tired, but the staff treated us like VIPs. Shuttled us to sites we wanted to experience and picked us up when we called. Responded promptly to our requests. Very helpful with local information. Made our stay memorable.

Everyone at Cheshire are very friendly and succeeded in making our Anniversary weekend a success. Upon arrival they had a white horse with carriage available for free rides. I really wanted to take them up on their offer, but we were running too close on time. We had tickets to see Garth Brooks and had to head out to the concert. In our room, they had champagne chilling and they had even upgraded us to a Suite ! When we arrived back from our concert, they had strawberries dipped in chocolate with the words....Happy 30th Anniversary on a plate. Breakfast the next morning was in front of a fireplace. The entire hotel smells of this awesome wood burning fireplace. One of my favorite things. This is the only hotel I will stay at in St. Louis from now on. They are all fantastic !

"Great hotel close to the Arch and Scottrade Center"
My wife and I stayed here on 12/5/2014. I was a little upset about my wife booking an expensive hotel without really consulting me. But it was worth every penny. The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Stocked mini bar was a nice touch. Loved that there was a sofa bed and a king bed. The rooms were separated with a door for some privacy if you travel with another couple.
