This hard to find club type hotel is very nice, in a good location and very quiet. I've been traveling to Japan for many years and never knew the hotel existed. Very close to shops and restaurants. About a 10-15 minute walk to Omote-Sando in one direction and Akasaka in the other and very convenient to the subway. Fitness center, spa and indoor pool are awesome. Pool and fitness center are really what sets this hotel apart

This hotel is amazing! Fantastic location with a superb view of Tokyo Tower. Walking distance to Shimbashi Station. Beautifully appointed. My only criticism is that the hotel bar was ridiculously overpriced with not very good service.

Short stay but it was very good. The staff is very friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. I was lucky and got a gorgeous view of Tokyo Tower. Though I think all rooms face outward so no matter what room there should be some view of the city.
In the lobby there are a few restaurants. One of which I ate at and had a great experience. I asked about what kind of tea I was having (roasted green tea) and the server brought out the leaves themselves for me to view! It was awesome.
When checking out I had a large luggage with me that I was planning to haul all the way to Osaka by myself. Before I left but after I checked out I asked if they could ship it to my other hotel and they could! The staff was very accommodating even after I checked out to take care of me.
Overall was a wonderful experience and I hope to stay there again.

What a great hotel! from the moment i arrived to check out the staff was beyond helpful and spoke great English. The room I booked was economy queen with city view...and the view was amazing. The room itself was super clean and cozy. I felt i really got a lot for my money. The location made it soooo easy to get around because you would take the elevator down to B2 and the subway and JR line was just easy to walk to from there. About 2 min walk depending on which line you needed. The location also was central to get to everything in a quick amount of time but it was great to not be in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku.

One or two blocks away from Hibiya, yurakucho and ginza stations. Exactly across imperial hotel and theatre. One station away from Tokyo station (you can take shinkansen and Narita express from there) The rooms are excellent for westerners and easterners, small (at least mine was small) but still had full size bed. Extremely comfortable despite the size. They have all amenities you'll find in western style hotels in Asia and even more (massage sofa). It also meets Japanese travelers requirements. Café is more than excellent with both western and eastern options. I've been many times in 5 star hotels all across Asia and I consider this is one of the best I've stayed.
