This hard to find club type hotel is very nice, in a good location and very quiet. I've been traveling to Japan for many years and never knew the hotel existed. Very close to shops and restaurants. About a 10-15 minute walk to Omote-Sando in one direction and Akasaka in the other and very convenient to the subway. Fitness center, spa and indoor pool are awesome. Pool and fitness center are really what sets this hotel apart

The lobby is very nice, and all the staff members were exceedingly polite. For the first time after booking a hotel, I must say the pictures give the hotel enough credit. The room and exterior of the hotel were all much nicer than the pictures posted, and everything was very spacey (unexpected of Japan). Additionally, the hotel staff would also accept parcels ordered online while we were out during the day, and have them delivered to our room after we got back in the evening. Would recommend to English speakers as their English was also surprisingly proficient. Couple minutes walk from Yamanote JR Shimbashi Station, Hibiya Exit.

This hotel is amazing! Fantastic location with a superb view of Tokyo Tower. Walking distance to Shimbashi Station. Beautifully appointed. My only criticism is that the hotel bar was ridiculously overpriced with not very good service.

The hotel is nice and clean and has very friendly staff. The room was of reasonable size with very comfortable bed. It has great views over the bay. The hotel has very easy access from/to the Haneda
Airport using the shuttle bus service that delivers and also picks you from the front door of the hotel.

I was travelling alone for the first time and was glad to have stayed in Park Hotel Tokyo. The hotel felt quiet, peaceful and safe. The single room is spacious enough for 1 person. It is clean and well-stocked with beverages, tea, toiletries etc. It is a short walk to the train stations and there are restaurants, cafes, 7-11 (ATM) and family mart nearby. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. If I ever travel to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay in Park Hotel Tokyo.

Staff is very welcoming beginning with arrival. Staff appear to be sincerely gracious and helpful without any sense of wanting to be rewarded in any way. Concierge was most helpful in advising regarding sightseeing, means of travel etc. Only negative was the high price of the various restaurants in the hotel for mediocre meals (at least in one of the restaurants we tried. although the breakfast buffet with a great garden view was very good.
