Great friendly helpful staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are stylish and comfortable. The rain forest showers are fantastic. Beds are to die for. Breakfast could have more options. In room massage is a must. Pretty good view looking out from the rooms on the north side of the hotel.
Over all great hotel would definitely go back

The Cosmo is really nice for business travel. Full kitchen, washer dryer and work space made this an ideal spot to relax on the road and get work and laundry done. I'm a road warrior and wish all my accommodations could be this appointed. Also super close to everything you want to see and eat in Toronto.

This is our second visit to the Pantages. It has a small feeling , and is a first class place to stay. The valet parking is outstanding. Your car is always available in a few minutes. While in the downtown core it is very quiet .

"A wondrous experience at a brand new Delta Hotel"
I was fortunate to have picked this brand new Flagship Delta Hotel in Downtown Toronto to attend a conference . Everything was new, smart, and technologically advanced. The room had a great hook to hang my cowboy hat, the view of Lake Ontario and downtown shops and attractions had me standing at the window for long admiring stretches. The pool and spa had spectacular views and the steam room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable that l slept in unusually late and l was tardy to my first seminar. The walkway to the convention centre was truly 2 minutes from my hotel, warm, bright and had security guards. As a solo traveller l quite appreciated their extra measures of security in elevators and stairwells. The restaurant off the lobby was so mouthwateringly delicious that we returned for lunch and dinner and were wowed each time. The staff were very friendly ,informative and supportive. They were kind enough to offer to go to a local store to ensure my needs were met. How great is that! All in all l found my stay at the Delta to be almost satisfying experience and certainly look forward to visiting again.
