I had an amazing time in Toronto and the hotel was a great way to start and end the night. They have a knowledgeable bar staff that got the night started and the delightful staff that manned the doors and the desk throughout the night as well as on check in and check out were fantastic. The room was great, the glass shower was a great capstone to the entire room. I would definitely stay their again.

It was a nice room and the meeting place was right there at your hotel. It could not have better. My room was quiet and very comfy and very clean. The staff was very helpful and met all my needs. I would recommend it anytime.

The Cosmo is really nice for business travel. Full kitchen, washer dryer and work space made this an ideal spot to relax on the road and get work and laundry done. I'm a road warrior and wish all my accommodations could be this appointed. Also super close to everything you want to see and eat in Toronto.

We booked though expedia 'secret booking' in that we did not know which hotel we would be staying at when we booked.
The experience was seamless from time of booking through valet parking, check-in and check-out. Upon check in we were happily granted our request for a later check out due to a morning obligation. The room was very spacious, clean and modernly decorated. We were on the 4th floor so were subject to street noise at night and early morning treadmill as the fitness centre was directly below us. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. The room had a separated bedroom from living area which was nice too.
