Excellent location for air travellers as it is not necessary to go outside (a huge plus in winter, especially if travelling between climates) and is an easy walk from the terminal. Baggage carts are also available for free, though I only discovered that when returning to the airport!
Hotel very comfortable, staff very helpful. Restaurant reasonably good but overpriced - I assume one would have to travel to find alternatives. Lack of a buffet option for breakfast was particularly annoying, especially as there is clearly an area of the restaurant that is set up to accommodate this. However a la carte menu service was swift (a must for early morning departures).
My other main complaint is charging a fee for wi-fi access. I know this to be a frequent complaint from travellers and it seems to be a consistent practice in 4* hotels and up. Cheaper chains include free wi-fi, where upmarket hotels charge a fee. This kind of nickel-and-diming, when one is paying premium price is IMHO completely unjustifiable. I know I am not alone in this opinion!

Hotel was downtown - nice location on the water. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were great. It was a bit disapointing that the shuttle didn't run to the mall and we ended up spending a fair bit of money on taxi's....but the hotel was overall great.

We had a great overall stay, the only draw back at the time was they were renovating part of the hotel, but you never heard anything that is the only reason I didn't give a perfect score. Enjoy your stay.
