The staff here was very friendly and accomodating. My husband has not been to a bed and breakfast before and I was glad that this was his first as he really enjoyed his stay. The only downside was that the traffic in Vancouver was crazy and it would be hard to find in the dark but they have a string of lights around their driveway entrance posts so it was easy for us to find when we returned in the dark. It is just to the left right after the Capilano Bridge Shop so once we found that then we knew to look for their entrance with the lights. We will definitely go back but we would like to go at a warmer time so can enjoy the gardens more but we enjoyed the birds in the garden from the breakfast table. One night was not enough. We would highly recommend this place.

Only stayed one night, but would definitely return. Wonderful hotel with extremely attentive staff and a lovely welcoming room. We had a petite boutique room with a gas/electric fireplace, a well organized and spacious bathroom, and good seating. Internet worked very well. The Concierge and valet services were super.

This hotel has the perfect location and you can walk everywhere from here, to downtown is only two blocks and the other way to the water front. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. It was very quiet. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and ready to help or answer questions. We had free breakfast and that was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back myself!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a stunning room on a top floor, and the suite's facilities were excellent (microwave, gorgeous and comfortable Queen bed, functional kitchen, beautiful bathroom with step-in shower). We have absolutely no complaints.

We stayed at Opus for the first time on September 17th. We arrived at 9am due to an early flight. The minute we pulled in front of the hotel the bellman was right there to greet us, and unload the car. We didn't expect our room to be ready, but it was, and we had been upgraded to a suite! The front desk staff were incredible, and welcomed us with a complimentary drink. The suite was beautiful, They had thought of every detail. A fully stocked mini bar, heated floors in the bathroom, iPads for use in the room, and bicycles to tour the city. When we checked out the bellman was loading our car. We had a small cooler, and he asked if he could get us ice for the cooler. We had never received that level of service at a hotel. We look forward to a future stay at Opus.
