The Sunset is a beautiful Art Deco hotel, with efficient and courteous staff, and a lovely restaurant.
On arrival, there was apparently a problem with the room we were booked into, so we had a drink in the Terrace Bar while we waited to see if they could fix it. The Bar overlooks the city skyline, and it was a splendid start to the stay. They obviously couldn't get the room ready for a while, so we were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, and beautifully appointed.
We ate at the Tower Bar and the food was delicious. Service and attention to detail was splendid.
The valet service was fast and efficient, and the hotel itself was close to all the Hollywood must-sees.

Just got back from a 4 day stay at the Andaz. Great hotel, friendly staff, and such great amenities. The free mini bar, wine in the lobby, and even lemon ice water by the pool are all great touches! I was there w/ my daughter, niece and a friend, I was a bit concerned about sharing the room w/ 4 women, but it was not a problem. We called the host and requested a make-up mirror and an extention cord, both appeared at our door w/in minutes! It helped tremendously w/ 4 women trying to get ready w/ hair dryers, straighteners, make-up, etc. I was even worried there wouldn't be enough electrical outlets to charge our phones and iPads at the same time, but no problem, there were more than enough outlets. Would def stay at Andaz on my next trip!! Thank you!

"Great location. Wonderful experience. A pleasure"
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay end of August 2014. The hotel was beautifully located in a quiet back street and perfectly located in LA for our needs. The staff were attentive and friendly we felt really at home. We loved the rooftop decks and pool with the marvellous views. Really cannot recommend Petit Hermitage enough. The eclectic fit out of the hotel was a welcome relief from the usual cookie cutter hotel decor. It's definitely not the cheapest place in town but certainly the cost is more than offset by the quality and ambience of the place. We certainly had no regrets about our stay and shelling out the bit extra.

We usually stay at the London or nearby, but this time decided to try the Chamberlain due to the photos online with the extra floor space and seperated Bedroom and living room. I have to say it was wonderful. The shower was amazing, the bed comfortable, it was the first time in WeHo that we have stayed somewhere that was walkable distance for breakfast too.
The rooftop pool was nice and Quiet with great views.
I think this will now become our regular Hotel.

No problems experienced in this west Hollywood boutique type hotel. Would definitely stay again when I want to be away from the hustle and bustle of LA and the Hollywood strip. I'm certain there were parts of my suite that I didn't visit due to it's enormity and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
