The hotel is located between the highway and the railroad, so it will always be noisy, despite the room you choose. But the worst rooms are the ones besides the railroad, since it comes and goes all day through. Actually I was scared the hell out when trying to sleep because the train passed by at 11pm and then seven or more times during the night. The train makes the windows shake and the noise is unbearable.
The pool was not heated, and it was winter, so I couldn't swim. There is some music playing in the hotel which filters into the room: terrible. And the worst of it: the heating-cooling system in the rooms doesn't work and the temperature at night was around 11 °C, which made it a very cold room.
Overall: a relatively nice hotel with poor service. And it is rated 5 stars, I would give them 4.
