We knew that we were in for an exceptional stay when the receptionist presented us each with a glass of champagne upon check-in.
Our room was outstanding, with a beautiful view from the spectacular windows and a spacious bathroom.
There was a wide selection of breakfast items, all fresh and varying from day to day. Staff were very amenable to special requests (e.g. for vegetarians). There was also the option of having breakfast sat outside in the good weather.
Very interesting infinity pool, starting undercover and finishing outside, with a jacuzzi.
Couldn't fault the maintenance of the hotel as a whole.
The hotel is up a mountain, so you are sacrificing easy access to central Barcelona for a more secluded and luxurious spot.
It is probably the best hotel we have stayed in (it is expensive, but we found it money well-spent).

Great for families. Walking distance to FC Barcelona soccer stadium and 10 mins to airport or popular Ramblas area in downtown barcelona. We've stayed there twice and enjoyed it both times. There is a pool for adults and another one where the kids can make noise! Adults can order Sangria from the bar while the kids splash in the pool.
