"We visited the property in November 2023. When I first arrived, the staff were very friendly, they offered a drink and a wet towel to freshen up. The staff member took us through their all-inclusive policies and ensured I was equipped with all the information for my stay. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, which was very relaxing and quiet, until it got too cold. The towels they offered around the pool area were very nice too. The hotel have an app to order to your sun lounger. The staff were quick to respond to orders and they were very friendly. The drinks were also very good, alcoholic drinks were not watered down, which is usually expected from all-inclusive holidays. The morning buffet for breakfast was A , there was something for everyone. Pastries, desserts, fruit, omelette station, freshly fried eggs, english breakfast items as well as items from around the world and fresh honey. The staff were very friendly and provided us with refreshments and support throughout the meal. Lunch buffet was a different theme every night and the food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault it. Their other 2 restaurants were really good and we were stuffed after their set menus. Staff were quick to respond to our complaint about noise from a staff door outside our room, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Having travelled to many distinguished hotels we rate the Azia among the best! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We were impressed by the surrounding areas and the well kept gardens. The food and service were fantastic and we had lovely evenings at the a la carte restaurants. Azia made our holiday truly enjoyable and great! We will see you again very soon!"
