"Guests cannot get into restaurant"
The staff was great. The room a little strange. Too many modern gadgets that are hard to use. The fact that guests cannot get into the restaurant to eat at any meal without reservations made way in advance was a huge drag. One of our rooms was not ready until 5:00 on the day of check in but they made up for it by giving us late check out on the other end. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this hotel again.

"Elegant and comfortable"
The room was quiet despite being across from the elevator and every comfort including umbrellas were provided for guests. We had dinner at the Plume restaurant which was wonderful. The food was delicious and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Pleasant staff made the stay very special. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Pocket Guide: Washington Dupont Circle 5 stars Hotels

Mid-rises and mansions grace the leafy streets of Dupont Circle, where independent cafes and shops thrive. With a number of gay bars and businesses, this area is DC’s main gay neighborhood. Foreign flags fly high on Embassy Row, the stretch of Massachusetts Avenue from the Circle to the National Zoo and National Cathedral. At night, locals head north to Adams Morgan for drinks and live music.
