"Beautiful modern spotless boutique hotel."
This wonderful hotel is perfectly located if sightseeing & shopping are on your agenda. The staff, friendly and attentive, seemed always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing less than perfect that happened - my daughter's eggs Benedict was cold one morning. They offered to replace immediately.

"Perfect location, great staff, pleasant experience"
The hotel is perfectly located 3 minutes from the Opera and the shopping centers, 3 minutes from Rue Rivoli and Place de la Concorde, near a central Metro station. The staff is pleasant, very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay. Don't forget to have dinner or a night cap in the central court under the sky. Very romantic and "Parisian".

"Wonderful stay at the best hotel in Paris."
This hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very special. The room was a little on the small side but it was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The bathroom was very elegant and modern. The breakfast was perfect and you could have just about anything you wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at breakfast and for the receptionists. However, I do have one negative thing to say about this hotel. In particular the barman Zack. It was our wedding anniversary and we had very kindly been given a voucher by the general manager to have a complimentary drink on her. My hubby and I decided to save it for our last night. We gave him the voucher and sat at the bar enjoying our drinks. We decided to have another drink which of course we would pay for ourselves. On the second drink he thought we were tipsy and offered us a glass of champagne on him. This was a rare champagne and the hotel usually charged 28 euro's per glass for this. The champagne was delightful but I saw him go to the till and charge the drinks. My husband then gave him a generous tip. I was very cross about this but thought I should wait until the following morning. When given my bill I could see that we had been charged for 4 drinks each. We didn't even get the complimentary drinks. Reception put this right of course but this was all Zack's doing and I feel it spoilt what was otherwise a perfect hotel in the heart of Paris. The hotel is fabulous but beware of Zack.
