My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Magna in Madrid. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for Europe. Our room was extremely quiet even though the hotel was busy and the town stays out late - a big plus in my book. Location was close to shopping, the Prado, Buen Retiro park and the botanical gardens. The hotel seems to be somewhat business-oriented but I would highly recommend it.

"Luxury hotel in the best neighborhood of Madrid!"
We loved staying in this luxury boutique hotel in Salamanca! The hotel and neighborhood were perfect for our first visit to Madrid. The neighborhood is filled with the best upscale shops, and restaurants that are frequented by locals, not tourists. The hotel is beautiful, and well-equipped in every way.

My wife and I had the most wonderful vacation in Madrid. We stayed in the Palacio Del Retiro and it was everything I imagined. The staff and the front desk were a wonderful crew. Yves, was most informant on where we should go eat and visit. I thank Yves for all his help without him we would have been lost!

The facilities are excellent. Hotel staff is very friendly. The concierge did a subperb job helping us with directions and coordinating tours (don't remember her name, it was the blonde lady that worked at nights, thanks!!!). The location is also excellent and close to everything. Definately will stay again.

"Well located, nar El Prado that I visited twice."
Very good, it is a classic and old style hotel that you do not find in many places these days, like our grand fathers used to travel many year ago but with modern things as well. I would definitely come back.
